Hello, I’m Emma. I offer a warm, steady, and thoughtful approach to therapy, providing a gentle and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. My practice is integrative, blending different therapeutic methods — including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) — so that our work is tailored specifically to your unique needs and goals.
I believe in creating a safe, calm, and empathetic environment for both individuals and couples. Whether you are navigating personal challenges, relationship difficulties, or the impact of past experiences on your present life, my aim is to support you in gaining clarity and moving forward with increased confidence.
I also have experience supporting individuals and couples where ADHD or autism is part of their experience, whether formally diagnosed or self-identified. For couples, I can help you explore how neurodivergence may influence communication, emotional needs, expectations and the everyday dynamics of your relationship, helping you develop greater understanding and connection.
In our sessions, we will work collaboratively to help you understand your emotions, recognise patterns and develop the tools necessary for meaningful and lasting change. I am committed to creating a space where every person feels respected, understood and accepted, ensuring you can reflect and grow at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
