Frequently asked questions

Online CBT and counselling with qualified UK therapists, available to clients in the UK and internationally. £68 per 60-minute session, booked one session at a time.

Getting Started

CBT focuses on understanding how your thoughts, emotions and behaviours affect one another. It can help you identify unhelpful patterns and develop practical ways to respond differently. Counselling gives you space to explore your feelings, experiences and difficulties in greater depth. Many of our therapists integrate different approaches and tailor sessions to each client's individual needs.

You do not need to decide which type of therapy you need before booking. You can read about each therapist's experience and approach on their profile. During your first session, your therapist will discuss what you are experiencing and how they may be able to help. Therapy can then be tailored to your needs and what you would like to achieve.

No. You do not need a GP referral or a formal diagnosis. You can choose a therapist and book directly through our website.

How it works

Your therapist will ask what has brought you to therapy, how your difficulties are affecting you and what you would like to change. It is also an opportunity to ask questions and see whether you feel comfortable working with the therapist. You will not be expected to discuss anything you are not ready to talk about.

What to expect

Sessions and Therapists

No. You can book sessions as often as feels helpful for you. Some clients choose weekly sessions, while others leave more time between appointments. Sessions are booked individually, with no commitment to continue for a set number of sessions.

You can view each therapist's profile to learn about their qualifications, experience, therapeutic approach and the difficulties they help with. You can then view their live availability and choose who you would like to book.

Our therapists

Feeling comfortable with your therapist is important. If you do not feel that the therapist is right for you, you can choose a different therapist for your next session. You can also contact our administrative team if you would like help considering another option.
