Online CBT Counselling is an online-only therapy platform serving clients throughout the United Kingdom. Every session is delivered by one-to-one video, encrypted in transit — there are no in-person clinics or physical locations. The platform is operated by The Global Therapy Group SG Pte Ltd; therapy is delivered by self-employed UK therapists whose qualifications, insurance and relevant professional memberships are checked before they can be booked. We support adults with individual therapy for anxiety, OCD, social anxiety, stress, burnout, low mood, depression, overthinking, self-esteem, anger, grief, trauma, work stress and relationship difficulties, and we also offer therapy for children and young people. Individual sessions only — couples counselling is not offered on this website (see OnlineCouplesCounselling.com).

- Approaches vary by therapist: some are specialist CBT practitioners, others are qualified counsellors or psychotherapists who integrate CBT techniques. Specialist approaches such as ERP for OCD, trauma-focused CBT and CBT-I depend on the individual therapist's training — check the profile before booking.
- Children and young people: available. Sessions for clients under 16 must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, who provides consent; 16 and 17-year-olds may book for themselves, subject to the therapist's safeguarding and consent procedures. Same £68 price and 60-minute length.
- Not a crisis service: no emergency or out-of-hours risk cover, no diagnoses, no prescribing, not an NHS service.
