Same-day booking questions
Can I really book therapy for today?+
Yes. As long as an appointment is at least 3 hours from the current time and the therapist has it open, you can book and pay online and receive your secure video link straight away.
What is the latest I can book a same-day appointment?+
Same-day slots stay open until they fall inside the 3-hour minimum notice window. Appointments for the following day close at 23:00 UK time the evening before, so we always have time to send your confirmation and video link.
Can I cancel a same-day appointment?+
Same-day sessions fall inside our 24-hour cancellation window, so they can't be cancelled or refunded once booked. For appointments booked further ahead, you can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the session — after that the session fee applies.
Do you offer same-day couples counselling?+
Some of our therapists work with couples and open same-day couples slots when available. You'll see any couples appointments alongside individual availability on the therapist's profile.
Which therapists are available today?+
The availability grid on this page pulls real-time calendars from every therapist accepting new clients. If a therapist isn't listed today they either have no free slots left or are outside the 3-hour window.
Is a same-day appointment the same price?+
Yes. Same-day sessions are booked at the therapist's standard rate — there is no urgent-booking surcharge.
